    For assistance with problems in using Computing Service facilities.

    For reporting operational problems with Computing Service facilities (e.g. systems not running, rejecting logins, etc.)
  • Computer security problems - cert@cam.ac.uk
    To report suspected problems with the security of computer systems.
  • Problems with offensive and harassing material - confidential@ucs.cam.ac.uk
  • Equipment faults - see fault reporting web page or phone 334666/334610
    For reporting broken equipment or other faults (PCs, Macintoshes, etc.)
  • Network faults - 331899
    For reporting faults affecting the Cambridge University Data Network. (Faults affecting department/college networks should be reported to the local computing support staff.)
