Provides advice to systems administrators on electronic mail. - Macintosh Support - mac-support@ucs.cam.ac.uk
Provides specialist technical support on all Macintosh issues to system administrators running Macintosh installations. - Network Support - network-support@ucs.cam.ac.uk
Provides advice (primarily to college/department computing staff) on networking, and organises the installation of network connections. - Raven Support - raven-support@ucs.cam.ac.uk
Provides support to administrators using or considering using the Raven service to protect resources (end users with problems using Raven should contact the Service Desk (Help Desk) in the first instance). - Search Support - see Web support

Provides assistance to UNIX system managers. Users of those systems should normally consult the Service Desk (Help Desk) (see above) for Computing Service systems, or local computing support staff for department/college systems. - Web Support - web-support@ucs.cam.ac.uk
Provides specialist technical support to web server administrators in the University on all web-related issues, and on use the site-wide search engine. - Windows Support - windows-support@ucs.cam.ac.uk
Provides specialist technical support on Windows-based issues to system administrators running Windows installations.
