The IT support mailing list
This mailing list is run by the Computing Service to promote communication between IT support staff in all parts of the University and College. It is used by the UCS to send information out to IT staff elsewhere; it is also heavily used by IT supporters to request information or practical help from colleagues, or to share information and resources.
The name of the list is ucam.itsupport@lists.cam.ac.uk. Anyone can send mail to the list. To join the list, please send email to techlink-admin@ucs.cam.ac.uk.
