Problems with printers
Physical problems with the printers located in the UCS public Managed Cluster rooms - Titan Teaching Rooms, Phoenix Teaching Room, Balfour Macintosh Room, UCS Reception and University Centre Computing room (e.g. no paper and paper jams) - should be reported to UCS Operations by sending an email to oper@ucs.cam.ac.uk or telephoning 01223 334666.
For any other problems associated with using these printers please consult the Service Desk (Help Desk) in person, by phone on 01223 334681 or by e-mail to service-desk@ucs.cam.ac.uk
For any other DS-Print printers, whether department or college, please contact your local IT Computer Officer for assistance.
