Documentation and course notes

Although the amount of paper-based information published by the Computing Service has been reduced over the past few years, there are still some documents that are available either on paper or as pdfs (or sometimes both), and a large number of faqs. Largely documents are either introductory or of a technical nature, where users need to follow a complex process of configuration. Faqs are targetted to give the solution to a particular problem. Topic-based information points you towards  all useful published information, in web pages, course notes or documentation.
