FAQ: How do I stop my Hermes email going to my Gmail account?

How you do this depends on how you set it up originally.
If you set import on Gmail
- Login to your Gmail account
- Select Accounts and Import
- Under Check mail using POP3 identify the account and select delete
- Confirm your action
If you set the redirection on Hermes Webmail
- Go to Hermes Webmail and log in
- Select Manage
- Select the Redirect option
- Untick Enable Redirection - it is a good idea to delete the entry in the Redirect address box too.
- Select Apply
Remember to Logout of Hermes Webmail when you have finished.
