FAQ: How do I access my Hermes email account from home?

To access your Hermes email account from home the first thing you will need is a working network connection e.g. a broadband, cable or dial-up connection from a commercial Internet Service Provider (ISP) (see Remote Access for further details). The easiest way to then access your Hermes email is to open a web browser (e.g. Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer) and login at:
https://webmail.hermes.cam.ac.uk/ (see IS41: Introduction to Webmail if necessary).
