FAQ: What do I do if I'm having problems connecting to eduroam from my Mac?

If you have followed the configuration instructions but eduroam is not working correctly:-
- First, very carefully, follow the uninstallation instructions
- Remember to REBOOT your Mac
- Then follow the installation instructions for your correct OS X version; the instructions are linked from the eduroam Cambridge users page.
- Please note the following very important points:-
- Step 2 of the instructions
- User Name is your eduroam identifier - this is your CRsid@cam.ac.uk, not just your CRSid (e.g.
xyz1@cam.ac.uknot justxyz1) - Password is your eduroam token which should have been previously retrieved from the UCS tokens service. This is a random 16 character alphabetic string which has been created for you.

If you have already accepted the certificate when previously attempting to configure eduroam you will NOT be prompted again, so Steps 3, 4 and 5 of the instructions will not apply.
