Undergraduate students
All undergraduates are given an email account when they first arrive in Cambridge, there is no need to apply specially. Undergraduate email accounts are provided on the Computing Service email system, Hermes. Your account will remain available for the whole of your undergraduate career, and for any subsequent course of study or employment at the University.
Email addresses for first year undergraduates are not issued until mid September. You will then be able to find out what your email addess will be.
