an interesting number in the CamCERT probe record database
Since 1999 CamCERT has been keeping a database of probes and other incidents. On March 24th 2004, one of the team noticed something rather interesting about the records. Readers of this page will have to take on trust that the system providing the superimposed xclock is NTP synchronised and had not been fiddled with (it is and it hadn't).
A Very Happy Easter...
The author of this page got to keep the gopher! It now lives on the shelf behind me. The eggs were shared beween CamcERT and another group in the UCS who also tangled with the computer in question.
