Help & Support
Apple Higher Education Store
The cheapest way to buy Apple hardware is direct from Apple's Higher Education Store via the web. Departments and individuals can get exact prices and buy hardware and software through this route (available to all students and members of the University of Cambridge). Each purchase will contribute towards the support of macintoshes within the University.
The Apple Higher Education Store is at http://apple.procureweb.ac.uk/index.htm. You will need to confirm you are attached to the University of Cambridge in order to access the store. Further information and help is available at http://apple.procureweb.ac.uk/HE Agreement Service and Support FAQs v3.pdf (pdf).
If you need any local help or advice on your purchase then please contact Computing Service Help Desk in the first instance, where there is an iMac that can be used to get quotes and make your purchases. Tel (3)34600 or email Help-Desk@ucs.cam.ac.uk
