Introduction

Filed under:

The Computing Service User Libraries are situated at various locations on the New Museums site [map]

  • Macintosh Room - Balfour 2 [Macs only]
  • Phoenix User Area [PCs and Macs]
  • Titan Teaching Rooms [PCs only]

They provide reference documentation relating to the range of software supported by the Computing Service at that particular location.

The manuals are for reference only and so cannot be borrowed or taken away from the libraries. Sets of Computing Service leaflets are also provided (though these are also available online).

The manuals are arranged in classified order.

If a problem cannot be solved by referring to the documentation, the user should contact the Service Desk (Help Desk) on Cockcroft 2 on the New Museums Site, either in person, by phone (7)62999 or via e-mail (service-desk@ucs.cam.ac.uk).

Any queries or comments should be sent to the Technical Librarians: user-librarian@ucs.cam.ac.uk
